This little handcrafted feather is adds a lovely natural element to your boho ear stack! Large enough to make a statement but delicate enough to wear all day! I crafted this feather by making a mold of a real feather to recreate in metal.
Feather measures approximately 1"L x 5/8"W
Total earring length is approximately 1-1/2"L
Each piece is molded, cut and crafted by hand using metal clay from a mold I made from a real feather and hand cut and sanded. The piece is then kiln fired and finished to this beautiful and unique solid metal piece of jewelry.
Feathers have matte/satin kiln patina finish and are left natural so they will naturally patina (darken) over time. As with any handmade item, variations are to be expected and enjoyed!
*Bronze is composed of 90%copper and 10%tin and is nickel free.
*14K gold-filled is an actual layer of 14 carat gold - pressure bonded onto a base metal. It is not gold-plate - it has more gold than gold-plating, will not flake off and is far more valuable and tarnish resistant.
