This botanical twig necklace was cast from a natural twig I found on a walk near my house. It hangs along an adjustable 14K gold filled chain with a small spring ring clasp.
Necklace length is approximately 16"L + 2"L extender = total 18"L
Twig has a satin/matte kiln patina finish
Each piece is made by hand by pressing metal clay into a mold, then hand cutting, drying and sanding. The piece is then kiln fired and finished to this beautiful and unique piece of solid metal jewelry. As with any handmade item, variations are to be expected and enjoyed!
*Bronze is composed of 90% copper and 10% tin and is nickel free.
*14K gold-filled is an actual layer of 14 carat gold - pressure bonded onto a base metal. It is not gold-plate - it has more gold than gold-plating, will not flake off and is far more valuable and tarnish resistant.
