SHIPPING
Domestic Orders are shipped using USPS unless otherwise specified. 

In-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of received payment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
***DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS OUTBREAK - AT THIS TIME I CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON MERCHANDISE***
PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY REGARDING ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDERS!

Normally - I gladly accept returns and exchanges of unused and unworn items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please let me know and an exchange or alteration of the item may be possible. I want all of my customers to be happy with their purchases!

Must contact me within: 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY

Must ship items back to me within: 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY

I DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS ON CUSTOMIZATIONS, BUT PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER.

GENERAL

All of my pieces are handcrafted and variations are to be expected and enjoyed!

Most of my items are made in small batches, limited quantities, or one-of-a-kind. If you would like multiples of an item and I do not currently have stock, they may be made-to-order. Please contact me with any special requests and I will determine if that may be possible and give a delivery estimate via email or at the time of your order.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for made-to-order items. 

If you need an item in a hurry please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate!

*RINGS: Please be sure you know your ring size prior to ordering as many of my rings are one-of-a-kind and cannot be resized. If you need assistance finding your ring size, please contact me as I have some adjustable ring-sizers that I am happy to pop in the mail to you (free of charge) that you can try on to determine your size!

I AM NOT CURRENTLY TAKING ANY CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS. Thank you for understanding.

*I may be able to make a customization on an current design so please let me know if you have a special request and I will see what I can do on a case-by-case basis.

Jewelry repairs are offered on a case-by-case basis. I currently only offer jewelry repairs on my pieces, I am no longer accepting repairs for personal pieces purchased elsewhere. If you do have ANY issue with any of my pieces please contact me with the issue and we can work it out!
