Cute & coastal dainty bronze shell necklace was cast from an organic shell I found while walking on the beach. It hangs along a delicate 17"L 14K gold filled chain with a small spring ring clasp.
Each piece is hand pressed into a mold using metal clay, then is hand cut, sanded and then kiln fired and finished to this beautiful and unique embellishment. As with any handmade item, variations are to be expected and enjoyed!
Shell measures approximately 8mm wide x 13mm tall x 4mm thick
*14K gold-filled is an actual layer of 14 carat gold - pressure bonded onto a base metal. It is not gold-plate - it has more gold than gold-plating, will not flake off and is far more valuable and tarnish resistant.
*Bronze is composed of 90% copper and 10% tin and is nickel free.
